Yogiki, Inc. is dedicated to educational and industrial robotics with special focus on mobile robotics. Conceptualized towards the end of 2008, the company was started based on our experience, envisaging the huge potential market.
Robotics is of great interest to most of the students and this is essentially an interdisciplinary subject. Robotics and automation in Indian Industries is still a new concept, applied only by large scale industries and it is very much dependent on the foreign players.
We at 'YOGIKI' aim to give students that extra bit of technical knowledge through which they can develop something exceptional for small scale industries.
SRM University has also been participating in several robotics competitions. Over the past four years, we have gained valuable experience in sourcing materials from different places and even importing those that were not available in the country. Getting small units was also a challenge, and in the process we gained a lot of innovative ideas.
As the components related to robotics, automation and embedded system for students are not readily available in India, we at 'YOGIKI' aim to make these components available for students /enthusiast /hobbyist working in these areas.
The company will also conduct workshops in these areas to impart technical knowledge to students. And through these workshops, Yogiki hopes to inculcate knowledge and get students interested in robotics.
Yogiki is organising the aeromodelling workshop.
