Courage
The word courage gives us a tickle in our bone, we start dreaming of all the movies all thosse scenes in which actors are humiliated
illtreated , disrespected but they strive back against all odds and get over all mutinies
and become the heroes of life. there is a thin line between courage and loosin. the one who has courage doeesn't give
up at the ultimate end and then uses his skill to perform acts which inturn are more intense than the opponent
and finally brings down the opponent inti shattered peices which he couldn't dreamt of.
driving down the eternal glory
he persued a different story
a normal man, a normal being
working for a normal earning
entered a phase of regalliation
he was trapped by some filthy brutes
pushing him down snatching his glory
askin him to end his story
he was puzzled he was estranged
no way he found no where he gain
but hope was his only weapon, hope was the only way
fightin back the humiliation was supposed to be the only ray
he planned his victory in such a manner
like an engineer screw the bolt with spanner
he screwed them all with a gentle hit
and his mechanism of earning was completely fit.
time to disclose the man's profession
the man was a mechanical engineer.....
none can stop this man's prgression
this man has received thee biggest souvenier
the souvenier which none can outrage
the souveneir is pronounced as courage..........................!!!!
so the above lines are generally to boost you all not to give up infront of anybody
no matter how random the situation turns out to be "there is always a plan"
with a plan in mind and bravery in heart
everyone in life can sport the word smart..............!!

Worldwide, the micro and small enterprises (MSEs) have been accepted as the engine of economic growth and for promoting equitable development. The MSEs constitute over 90% of total enterprises in most of the economies and are credited with generating the highest rates of employment growth and account for a major share of industrial production and exports. In India too, the MSEs play a pivotal role in the overall industrial economy of the country. It is estimated that in terms of value, the sector accounts for about 39% of the manufacturing output and around 33% of the total export of the country. Further, in recent years the MSE sector has consistently registered higher growth rate compared to the overall industrial sector. The major advantage of the sector is its employment potential at low capital cost. As per available statistics, this sector employs an estimated 31 million persons spread over 12.8 million enterprises and the labour intensity in the MSE sector is estimated to be almost 4 times higher than the large enterprises.
